Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, management, or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, particularly in talent management and employee engagement
• Event management experience
• Strong data and talent analytics skills with a deep understanding of HR data
• Excellent people abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to embody and promote ID.me’s core values
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing unique and creative events
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage confidential information

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate employee engagement data with other HR event initiatives
• Manage employee recognition programs and volunteer engagement efforts
• Conceptualize and implement strategies to increase efficiencies
• Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Oversee budget performance for engagement and event initiatives
• Create and manage a calendar of engaging and inclusive employee events and activities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and onsite events across different office locations
• Support onsite PX functions and coordinate PX team initiatives
• Collaborated with office management for onsite events

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certifications
• People Analytics expertise
• Experience with survey design, program evaluation, and focus groups
