Requirements
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets, preferably in medical or SaaS sales.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to navigate and build relationships across a large geographic region.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs through in-person engagement and support.
- Flexibility to work needed hours to attend events and adjust strategies based on market trends and organizational goals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays, to maximize territory coverage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Mikata Health’s footprint in Western Canada.
- Conduct in-person visits to medical offices, hospitals, and prospective clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Complete additional outbound activities including cold calling to build and maintain relationships.
- Identify, prioritize, and target key accounts within the territory.
- Stay informed on regional market dynamics, competition, and client requirements.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and consultative selling techniques.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to effectively track leads, monitor sales activities, and maintain customer records.
- Ensure timely updates of all sales data and provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
- Foster strong relationships to drive new customer growth and build retention and satisfaction with those new customers.
- Represent Mikata Health at events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide detailed activity reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts to the SVP Sales and Marketing.
