Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of Leadership experience managing multiple teams
- multi-site management experience preferred
- Experience with leadership development

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recovery of delinquent loans
- Lead and manage the collections team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure departmental goals are met
- Oversees and completes all projects as assigned. Keeps management apprised of all critical issues
- Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business.
