Strong communicator, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to translate the complex into clear and relatable stories that inspire change
Ability to develop and maintain high quality relationships across leadership levels
Experience building change plans, communication plans, and presentations
Strong graphic design and visual communications skills
Always looking for potential solutions to solve problems
Ability to develop, track, and interpret metrics
Experience with or knowledge of Finance a plus
Change management certification a plus

Write, film, edit and guide production of content for multi-platform internal communications vehicles (e.g., corporate intranet, newsletters, videos, blogs, email announcements, webcasts)
Independently develop content using a clear and concise writing style that is appropriate to audience
Track and report internal metrics for audience engagement
Create infographics and other visual communications materials to tell compelling stories and facilitate change
Drive change with large-scale transformations across multiple geographies and functions
