Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or sales support

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts

- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and service optimizations
