Requirements
- 7-8 years of data related experience.
- 3-4 years of experience leading and managing teams of 5 or more.
- 3-4 years of experience working with data in ServiceNow.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proven track record of managing customer expectations, delivering projects within scope and budget, and addressing issues affecting project success.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain focus on the bigger picture.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical leadership by documenting the platform and analyzing the impact of new requirements.
- Ensures that the platform aligns with business strategy and governance decisions.
- Offers consultative technical guidance to the Platform Support Team.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive view of the existing architecture.
- Oversees all technical aspects of the Platform Support Team.
- Applies architectural controls effectively.
- Demonstrates advanced developer expertise and addresses complex technical issues.
- Collaborates closely with the Enterprise Architecture team.
