Requirements
- Experience leading, developing, socializing, and executing IT strategies and roadmaps in an overly complex environment.
- Collaborating and managing partner and peer relationships to achieve business outcomes by leading through influence and direct accountability in a matrixed environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a ‘customer back’ mindset.
- Designing and building digital and technology solutions that strengthen the core business and pioneer the future with expanded offerings that grow services.
- Unleashing the power of data insights, AI and GenAI to manage the business, improve business results and outcomes.
- Supporting global, large scale manufacturing operations and aftermarket business models in a matrixed support structure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Adept at leading and inspiring global, multi-sourced teams to deliver high quality, transformational capabilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
