Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales reports
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and sales calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle basic client inquiries
- Track inventory and order samples or promotional materials as needed
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns and tracking their effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
