Requirements
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Familiarity with event planning tools or scheduling platforms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, permits, and materials
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
- Manage event set-up, on-site execution, and post-event breakdown
- Monitor budgets and timelines, reporting updates to the Events Manager
- Support marketing and design teams with promotional material preparation
- Handle administrative tasks such as schedules, invoices, and contact lists
- Ensure a high standard of customer service before, during, and after events
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
