Requirements
- Experience in the field of supply, preferably in the aeronautical field.
- Effective contractual knowledge and international negotiator with proven commercial and contractual experience, as well as legal knowledge.
- Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or other equivalent experience in managing external stakeholders.
- Solid relational skills and good management of stakeholders: listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context.
- Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical work style while having good attention to detail.
- Good ability to work independently within international teams in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
- Languages: English and French (fluent)
Responsibilities
- Consolidate all cross-functional activities of the PM team (Projects / Planning / Costs) on the implementation of new parts on the assembly line.
- Support the deployment of the team’s dashboard and successfully manage the pace of activities.
- Implement change management governance for new projects, including: meeting structure, action tracking system, including supplier key performance indicators.
- Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies by technology.
- Contribute to sourcing activities, manage local calls for tenders and negotiation in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with Company requirements and operational needs.
- Ensure follow-up until the contract is drawn up (during the innovation, development, series production, and support phases) with suppliers and internal partners of the Company in accordance with expected performance (logistics, support, quality, cost…).
- Manage daily relationships with suppliers and ongoing projects in order to optimize value for the customer, while minimizing TCO (total cost of ownership) and risks.
- Support product development and subsequent change management at the program level and within each project.
- Participate in MFTs (multi-functional teams) throughout the change management, negotiation, and execution phases of new industrialization.
- Contribute to the implementation of digitalized solutions.
- Comply with Airbus procedure documents.
