Requirements
- Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience in overseeing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, including ERISA and the Affordable Care Act
- Strong analytical skills to assess benefits programs and employee feedback
- Effective communication skills for drafting communications and coordinating with vendors
Responsibilities
- Ensure administration of Company-sponsored 401(k) plans in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Direct and oversee the benefit enrollment process for new hires, QLEs, and the annual open enrollment
- Prepare reports and analytics on benefits utilization
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the total rewards strategy with organizational goals
