Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or enterprise marketing roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position
- Proven experience and a strong understanding of B2B mid-market and enterprise sales and buying behaviors
- Experience leading and scaling go-to-market strategies that directly impact revenue growth
- Strong background in demand generation and field marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive alignment and results
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimizations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performance marketing team

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Americas’ field marketing strategies and plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth, focusing on high-impact regional and vertical-specific campaigns
- Collaborate with our sales and alliances & partners teams to implement joint go-to-market campaigns, using field activities to drive high-quality, pipeline creation, bookings and deal acceleration
- Ensure that events (industry conferences, roundtables, etc.) are effectively driving pipeline and aligned with business goals
- Ensures optimal to best-in-class marketing ROI. Continuously optimizes, course adjusts and innovates all aspects of the field marketing mix
- Work closely with our digital team to create an omni-channel ABM strategy, collaborating with sales and marketing to identify and target key enterprise accounts
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize omni-channel ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion at every stage of the buyer journey
- Use data and insights to continuously refine ABM tactics to further increase pipeline growth, revenue, target account penetration and ROI
- Collaborates with our strategic alliances and partners to develop joint marketing plans and tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue objectives
- Works with our partners to plan and support partner-led marketing activities, including account-based marketing (ABM), data-driven marketing, digital marketing, and events
- Reviews and analyzes lead reports with partners to assess the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health
- Ensures optimal ROI for partner-driven investments and activities
- Leads, mentors, and scale the team to ensure that all events and field marketing activities are both yielding returns and aligned to pipeline and revenue growth goals
- Champions a high-performance culture within the team, driving teamwork, accountability and celebrates our successes
- Champion a data-driven and metrics-focused approach to marketing, ensuring that decisions are informed by data, insights, and performance tracking
