Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN License
- BCLS required
- Chemo/ONS certification required within 6 months
Responsibilities
- Assess and identify patient needs
- Implement appropriate interventions
- Establish and maintain a plan for the delivery of nursing care
- Assure that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems
- Perform technical aspects of care competently
- Act as a family and patient resource to guide them through all stages of the patient’s cancer journey
