Requirements
- You are of legal drinking age.
- You have experience in customer service (preferably).
- You pay attention to detail.
- You can easily perform mathematical calculations and solve problems quickly.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Encourage the purchase of game tags by explaining the credit system to guests and highlighting the benefits of purchasing different credits.
- Perform transactions using the Point-of-Sale system and follow the associated procedures.
- Ensure your counter and its contents are clean, well-organized, and stocked according to your knowledge of the products in the Store.
- Act as a trusted resource for guests by listening to their inquiries, requests, and concerns, and effectively communicating them to management. Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s health and safety guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service (preferably).
