Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS; required
- Quota hitter

- Experienced with a sales stack (SFDC, Amplemarket (or any other engagement tool), etc.)
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Building: Purely outbound. You will book meetings for all of our AEs, no 1:1 pairing for now.
- Prospecting: Research target accounts and create account lists that you will outbound (150-1000 employees).
- Qualify Leads: You won’t be qualifying leads over calls or running discovery. We expect you to outbound to companies that are a fit. No BANT over here.
- Book Meetings: It’s not super vital how you book meetings. LinkedIn, Cold-calling, email, smoke signal, doesn’t matter. We do expect a well rounded individual that has the ability to book across multiple channels.
- Collaboration: You will work with the AE team on messaging, feedback, etc. but this is not a hand holding position. You will also work with our founder who leads all GTM.
- Build from Scratch: We have basic playbooks, messaging, and sequences that work. But we want you to build what you know works or develop new strategies.
