Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in programmatic sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive programmatic sales strategy aligned with Fever’s objectives using our unique data sets and high impact formats.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Fever’s client base.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored programmatic solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on industry trends and best practices.
- Exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through effective programmatic sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends at Fever to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new and innovative programmatic products and offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain Fever’s competitive edge.
- Use market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
