Requirements
- 8+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience in a US Federal government setting AND 8+ years of experience in a technical role
- 6+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience in a US Federal government setting AND 6+ years of experience in a technical role
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting the fun and diverse workplace that is part of Workday’s VIBE culture
- Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
- Advanced skills to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions for customers
- Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle – including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
- Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio and Orchestrate
- Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
- Proven learning agility, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new situations, learn from experiences, and apply knowledge to solve problems and drive innovation
- Comprehensive product knowledge, including an in depth understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning
- Deep technical savvy, including the ability to understand, apply, and troubleshoot technical information and systems to enhance efficiency and problem-solving
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results
- Become an expert on the US Federal specific Workday functionality, configuration, and technology
- Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ integration needs
- Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements
- Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success
- Engage with other members of the US Federal consulting team and Workday Solutions Enablement to identify areas for improvement and lead internal initiatives.
