Requirements

  • Must be well organized, self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks within a production environment.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and think from a critical and strategic perspective.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to all internal and external customers.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Must be bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for documenting and communicating all mailing, supply ordering, copy center and imaging procedures to operating departments.
  • Prepares various monthly reports related to vendor activity.
  • Provides training to operational areas on Office Support functions and processes.
  • Assists with the daily processing of the mail, checks, imaging and filing.
  • Identifies process and system challenges and provides suggestions for improvement to her direct Supervisor.
  • Provide backup coverage to other functions within the Office Support department.
  • Primary offsite archive coordinator handling orders for pickup and delivery as well as maintaining inventory and reviewing for yearly destruction of documents.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree preferred but not required.
