Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or related vocational training is required.
- Valid state driver’s license and must be insurable to operate hospital vehicles is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide safety and security services to ensure the well-being of both people and property by patrolling assigned areas as needed, and enforcing rules and regulations.
- Respond to all emergency requests and alarms, providing assistance and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in law enforcement, Criminal Justice or military service is preferred.
- One year of experience with knowledge of private security functions obtained through education or work experience such as military, public safety or fire department is preferred.
- Successfully complete the Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) Certification within the first 90 days of employment is preferred (if utilized at the affiliate).
