Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting Executives, preferably in a high-growth organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with the lifecycle of M&A transactions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with private equity ownership is desirable.
  • Maintain an active Notary license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all necessary parties.
  • Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set regarding company matters, including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.
  • Helped the CEO manage a complex and confidential email account, deleting junk, accepting, declining, and deleting unnecessary items for the CEO’s review (“thank you”, etc.), and flagging items of importance.
  • Organizing and coordinating conference calls/video conferences.
  • Act as a mentor to all administrative and support staff across all Aprio Offices.
  • Be a brand ambassador for the Aprio Fundamentals.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
