Requirements
- 3+ years in financial services, digital product management or agile software development, with at least 5 years in a product role demonstrating successful product delivery.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex product or project delivery, optimizing resources to ensure timely completion.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating a clear vision for efficient execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and passionate about creating order from chaos, with strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and drive decisions with diverse stakeholders, including teams across product, technology, data analytics, and design.
- Established track record in managing risk and controls effectively.
- Ability to travel occasionally between offices in New York, NY and Jersey City, NJ.
- Strong understanding of payment networks, payment rails and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product delivery lifecycle, driving efficiency and improvements across intake, capacity planning, prioritization, dependency management, testing, release management, defect resolution, and performance reporting.
- Manage the product delivery roadmap and dependencies, resolving blockers, sequencing work, and optimizing resources for timely, high-quality delivery.
- Strengthen alignment by managing relationships and communications with partner teams across Chase and JPMorgan Payments, along with cross-functional partners such as design, data analytics, and engineering.
- Partner with tech and agility leads to ensure adherence to product agility metrics and maintain backlog hygiene, enhancing workflow and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership with timely updates on status changes and risks, along with mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with risk, controls, business mandates, and regulatory standards to sustain an agile product lifecycle.
- Maintain clear documentation of product processes and decisions to ensure transparency, support continuous improvement, and uphold accountability.
