Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role ideally within SaaS/ MarTech.
  • Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Solid proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Remarkable analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities across diverse regions.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with global teams and partners.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on spearheading operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Solid project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for partner operations in the AMER region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models to track partner performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for partner growth and operational improvements, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Work closely with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to support partner initiatives, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and best practices to enhance partner management, reporting, and collaboration across regions.
  • Collaborate with the enablement teams to ensure partners have access to the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner performance metrics, operational achievements, and key business insights.
