Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or equivalent military experience required
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience in a technology organization or technology related business, preferably with a multinational company
- Experience executing people team strategies by analyzing organizational needs and setting goals to make a positive impact on the business
- Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
- Track record of effectively coaching leaders and advising action in sensitive or ambiguous situations, including employee relations, performance management, or organizational diagnostics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data and a love for driving people programs from data insights
- Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcomes
- Strong track record of bringing a collaborative, diversity-valued, positive attitude and fun required to a thriving people team
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Executives in GCS in the Support Services organization to bring together and influence a leadership team to design people strategies and build programs that scale the organization, build high performing teams, and develop best in class leaders
- Consult with leaders to execute on the people strategies and initiatives in the Support Services organization
- Leverage people analytics and people trained instincts to anticipate issues or opportunities and bring data driven insights with solutions that positively advance imperative business initiatives

- Team up with some of the best functional HR leaders to design and deliver market competitive talent management practices, leading-edge leadership programs, and modern workforce technology systems
