Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Corporate Trust clients
- Managing single and multifamily housing clients
- Reviewing and accepting new client relationships based on business line account acceptance policies and procedures
- Providing quality service based on client needs, wants, and expectations
- Aligning actions accordingly and remaining sensitive and responsive to both internal and external clients
- Building distinctive predictable levels of service
- Resolving problems quickly and effectively
- Working closely with new business development staff
- Identifying business risks and operational challenges and taking steps to mitigate risk
- Coordinating the development and implementation of operational changes within the unit
- Training junior staff to successfully meet business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Single and multi family housing bond product and market experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments
- Thorough knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations
- Thorough knowledge of the applicable trust line of business, its products, processes, and related bank and regulatory regulations
- Ability to develop new business
- Effective management skills to include planning, budgeting, and people management
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate quickly with clients to resolve client issues and disputes
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
