Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience managing sales/account management teams within the e-commerce industry
- experience in the pre-loved fashion market; good knowledge of the industry and its key players
- dynamic, highly detail-oriented, and organized with strong business acumen
- proactive and comfortable working in fast-paced and ever-changing environments

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong network and relationship with local, regional and external stakeholders
- Develop and lead the team managing a portfolio of US professional sellers and help them scale their business on VC’s platform
- Define the strategic and business development roadmap in line with VC’s market expansion plan
- Drive the B2C US business by monitoring performance and establishing strategic planning to reach commercial objectives
- Develop and expand the US B2C market with a strategic long-term plan
- Oversee project management structure and end-to-end services for our partners
- Directly manage commercial relationships with our top accounts
