Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
- Communication, presentation, and project management reporting experience
- Experience analyzing and solving problems

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple data, collection, annotation, and labeling projects end-to-end, including working with Engineering, Researchers, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Own project success metrics and timelines
- Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations, tooling, and implement scalable solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL
- Understanding of Meta Reality Labs products
- Experience working with data sets
