Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in sales development/inside sales or sales in the Enterprise Software space, preferably in SaaS
- 3+ years of people leader/management experience
- Proven experience with Salesforce, marketing operations and sales enablement tools, and outreach software to drive revenue performance
- Thrive working in a complex, innovative, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build deep and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo and consumption revenue across the West Coast territory
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain pristine data in Salesforce/Clari
- Recruit, coach, and retain top Enterprise Account Executives
- Own regional execution of sales methodology and best practices
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and other GTM teams to execute against the GTM strategy
- Provide feedback and insights from real-world customer interactions to improve marketing and sales effectiveness
