Requirements
- Compliance & employment law expertise
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Expertise in theoretical and practical HR knowledge, including employment law and employee relations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lead projects and tasks to completion
- Able to maintain professionalism, positivity and confidentiality
- Experienced and skilled at working with and influencing a wide range of partners, including senior leaders, managers, as well as other HR teams
- Experience implementing people programs including performance coaching, employee relations, compensation, and continuous feedback process, HR compliance, and employee development/growth
- Curious and able to think outside the box on the future of work
- Analytically driven; experience in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resource needs; implement human resources strategy to support business objectives
- Anticipate business needs, respond quickly to changing priorities, and support the business in meeting customer demands
- Provide policy interpretation and ensure accurate and consistent application of all company policies and procedures, and related local, state and federal laws, and applicable agreements
- Serve as the primary employee relations manager to mediate and resolve employee disputes and concerns
- Lead confidential HR investigations and present conclusions and recommendations to the HR team
- Manage onboarding processes to create an engaging experience for team members entering new roles, both internally and externally
- Grow talent through effective development planning, performance management, and succession planning
- Collect and analyze data to identify needs and risks, and inform People program decisions
- Partner with and advise leaders on key priorities including organization design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and performance management
- Assist with building job leveling and competency frameworks to assess performance and build career growth plans
- Consult on internal sales compensation
