Requirements
- 3-5 years Sales Leadership experience
- 7+ years of overall sales experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
- Experience in managing sales teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with key sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Outreach, Chorus, GSuite)
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic plans for new business acquisition and expansion
- Manage daily sales activities and performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership
- Partner with operations, marketing, strategy, and other internal teams
- Create and implement systems, processes, and workflows
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team
- Identify challenges and work proactively to resolve them
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on sales strategies
