Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Experience in Model Based Definition Engineering
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Build Team (i.e. Engineering reviews, pre-planning, planning support)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes for electrical components, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, quality assurance, and production staff, to improve product manufacturability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
- Perform testing and validation of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, including pilot runs and full-scale production.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel on electrical manufacturing processes and equipment.

- Strong foundation in 3D modeling environment (i.e. Creo View, Catia, Solidworks, etc.)
