Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Structure credit for assigned portfolios
• Assess credit worthiness or risk of potential customers
• Underwrite new credit requests
• Complete annual credit reviews
• Coordinate draw requests
• Monitor and control credit facilities
• Deliver exceptional service at every interaction
• Lead all aspects of credit analysis for an assigned portfolio
• Utilize sales platform to understand customer needs
• Identify and respond to changes in the business environment
• Assist the Relationship Manager in cross-selling products
• Develop strong relationships with internal/external business partners
• Actively refer to other business partners across TDBG
• Assess complex credit risk in compliance with requirements
• Develop/implement strategies to promote products and services
• Contribute to Operational Excellence business objectives
• Complete business processes and monitoring activities
• Provide guidance and direction to others
• Identify and manage risks
• Ensure due diligence for customer transactions
• Keep abreast of emerging issues and trends
• Minimize operational and regulatory risk
• Participate fully as a member of the team
• Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge
