Requirements
- Strong management skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Understanding of the casino player management system
- Knowledge of, and experience in creating, developing, and/or implementing casino promotions & offers for casino customer required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling, hiring, training, development, motivation, and supervision of Player’s Club.
- Ensures all direct reports have the knowledge and necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversees the administration of promotions and casino offers, including assisting in the development & implementation of procedures and guidelines.
- Responsible for managing & ordering workspace supplies as well as player’s club materials & inventory.
- Manages the casino offer & promotions segments of the slot marketing system to ensure maximum efficiency at the WOW Player’s Club.
- Assists in establishing departmental objectives and business plans for player’s club and its promotions including budgeting, staffing and goal setting.
- Complies with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino standards, guidelines, and objectives and maintains administrative processes to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of department functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public relations skills preferred.
