Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience
- Experience leading service technicians and teams
- Prior experience in robotics, electric or autonomous vehicles or aircraft
- Experience with work order management and Key Performance Indicators including standard/flat rate times, mean miles between failure (MMBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR)
- Experience with JIRA, MaintainX and other service tools and systems
Responsibilities
- Foster a safety-first approach to all things Service
- Lead a team of new and experienced service technicians to maximize uptime of our robot assets
- Track KPIs and explain variances
- Work with Maintenance Planning to balance hardware upgrades, planned, and reactive maintenance
- Ensure adherence to Service SOPs, including Work Order and Parts flow and management at local level
- Track technician productivity to ensure we are good stewards maximizing our limited resources
- Work with Service Engineering on identified tooling/jig needs with field deployments of new platforms
- Maintain accountability and uptime of all tools and equipment to support Service Operations
- Flex to nights or weekends to oversee and spot check the team and support the operation
