Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and experience in estimating damages for RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with CCC, Duncan (RV), and AdjustRite (Commercial) software
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Licensing is not required but beneficial
Responsibilities
- Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
- Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files including RV, commercial vehicles, motorsports products and farm equipment
- Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
- Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
