Requirements
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a contract management or supplier management role, including negotiating customer facing commercial contracts in a legal or procurement department for a multinational corporation, a global law firm, or similar transactional experience.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with contract management systems.
- Familiarity with best practice in legal operations and the latest developments in legal technology a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and comfortable learning and working with various software applications.
- Professional demeanor, detail oriented, with strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all aspects of the contracting process, including contract generation, negotiation, managing non-standard term approval and signature.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams during contract review acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits and non-standard terms.
- Negotiate a variety of customer facing agreements to ensure that terms are consistent with overall business objectives, and company policies and playbooks.
- Create and update standardized contract templates, ensuring they meet legal requirements and support business needs.
- Develop and provide training to customer-facing teams on PROS contracting processes, templates and best practice.
- Provide day-to-day support for contract administration efforts.
- Coordinate internal client requests to interpret contractual rights and obligations in consultation with PROS attorneys.
- Maintain and improve contract administration processes, including managing contract tools, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance contract management processes, implementing changes that improve efficiency and compliance.

- AI Literacy: Demonstrates a solid understanding of core AI concepts, terminology, and practical applications. Effectively leverages AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and decision-making, while adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
- Prompt Engineering: Skilled at crafting clear, structured, and effective prompts to optimize the quality, relevance, and utility of AI-generated outputs.
- Agentic AI: Understands the role of autonomous agents in streamlining workflows and automating end-to-end tasks. Able to build, utilize, or manage agentic AI systems and integrate them into business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
