Requirements
- Proven experience as an exceptional trainer, coach, or learning & development professional
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and educate adult learners
- Experience with curriculum delivery and program management

Responsibilities
- Lead daily training sessions for new advisors during their critical first 90 days
- Coordinate with business line owners to ensure training content stays current and attendance is tracked
- Run weekly New Advisor Training sessions, creating a consistent and engaging learning environment
- Conduct knowledge assessments and milestone check-ins to track advisor progress and readiness
- Train advisors on HubSpot usage, deal management, and our technology stack
- Guide advisors through positioning our platform effectively with prospects and clients
- Teach practical application of tools including Notion, FAM, and other growth-focused systems
- Share practical examples and scenarios that new advisors will encounter in their day-to-day work
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new advisor questions during their onboarding period
- Provide ongoing feedback to Managing Directors on individual advisor progress and support needs
- Identify training gaps and process improvements to enhance the overall program
- Answer complex questions from advisors with credibility built through deep understanding of the financial services industry and Farther’s approach
- Collaborate with multiple partners to create an optimal training environment
- Continuously improve training processes based on advisor feedback and outcomes
- Maintain attendance tracking and learning development loops
- Contribute to the development of standardized training materials and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Financial Advisor or in financial services client-facing roles
- Internal wholesaler or Subject Matter Expert experience at an Asset Manager working with advisors
- Team Lead or Manager experience with groups of Financial Advisors
- Background in training financial services professionals
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) and financial technology platforms
- CFP, CFA, Series 66, or other relevant professional designations
- Experience in fintech, RIA, or fast-paced startup environments
