Mid-Level .NET Developer

Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or an Associates degree and 7 years of experience or a High School diploma and 9 years of experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on teamwork and clarity
Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem solving with a proactive mindset
5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development, SQL Server-based data solutions, and web technologies
Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C#, including development of Web Forms and Windows Services
Solid understanding of SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and triggers
Proven ability to design and develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Competence in front-end scripting using JavaScript and the AJAX Toolkit

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET
Build and manage Windows Services to support business operations
Design and maintain SQL Server databases, including data modeling and performance tuning
Implement stored procedures, triggers, and use SSRS for reporting
Create responsive interfaces using Web Forms, JavaScript, and AJAX Toolkit
Ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems
Use SSRS to build and manage reports aligned with business needs
Deliver reporting solutions that provide actionable insights
Conduct code reviews and resolve application issues promptly
Maintain performance, security, and code quality
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
