Requirements

  • 5+ years direct Sales Engineering experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Management experience heading up a team of professionals
  • Experience with Javascript and CSS/XPath queries
  • Exposure to front-end test automation and/or CI/CD tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to successfully interact with clients and stakeholders across organizations
  • Ability to recruit, ramp, lead and continuously coach people
  • Strength in developing strategic plan and ability to define how the function can grow and expand as the customer base, use cases, and needs grow

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire and develop a team of world class Solutions Engineers
  • Become a mabl product expert
  • Function as a technical point of contact during strategic sales processes
  • Be a point of escalation to resolve technical blockers during sales engagements
  • Incorporate feedback from users back into mabl product roadmap
  • Interface with champions and executives at enterprise accounts portraying mabl’s technical expertise
  • Represent mabl at various trade shows, meetups, and other events from time to time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some experience in software testing can be helpful
  • Being a ‘people person’ with a strong technical aptitude will take you far
  • This could also be a great role for a QA Engineer that enjoys coaching, solving challenges with solutions, and being a subject matter expert
