Requirements
- Holds bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Valid Driver’s license
- Experience in Digital Image Processing or Machine Learning or vehicle dynamics OR control systems OR digital signal processing through coursework or industry experience
- Coursework or project with vehicle simulation/testing
- Experience with Python, C/C++, Matlab – Simulink and Stateflow
- MS Office Tools knowledge
- Basic knowledge of ADAS features
- Working knowledge in structured engineering approach
- troubleshooting and debugging skills
Responsibilities
- Develop building blocks for ADAS features/algorithms
- Integrate new or modified Python, C/C++, Simulink models into the MATLAB and/or CarMaker test environment
- Create or modify test cases based on the requirements to cover the new or modified functionalities
- Debug issues found and root cause them
- Report and document issues; Propose correction to issue reported
- Perform systems testing of products on bench and in vehicles making sure the product functions and performs as the customer expects per requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CarMaker/CarSim/Equivalent software
- Experience in ADAS/AD academic/industry projects
- Execution of test suites in a model/software in the loop environment (MIL/SIL)
- Working knowledge in development of portable, reusable and modular software in automotive environment.
