Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Information Governance, eDiscovery or a related legal field (e.g.,data governance, privacy).
  • 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of preservation tooling to assess functionality, identify limitations, and support consistent documentation for improved framework execution.
  • Systematically monitor tooling gaps and enhancement needs, align findings with program priorities to inform technical strategy and stakeholder guidance.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads on quality assurance and testing efforts, while maintaining centralized knowledge assets that capture evolving tooling behavior and limitations.
  • Work cross-functionally to operationalize recommendations, translate program strategies into actionable tooling solutions that elevate preservation consistency and compliance.
  • Establish and track key success metrics related to preservation tooling, provide data-driven insights to inform roadmap discussions and organizational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the development and on-boarding of a new policy or decision-making framework, legal technology, or managing existing technology and related processes.
  • Experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to program leadership.
  • Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence key partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and understand strategy within a technical context.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fluid environments, leveraging sound business judgment and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and investigative skills.
