Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of related experience, with a strong focus on IC test engineering.
- Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment for characterization and debug.
- Experience in software development, ideally with C/C++.
- Demonstrated experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), with a preference for Teradyne ETS.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how individual tasks align with larger project and corporate goals.
- Capable of approaching problems from alternative angles and bringing original ideas to the team.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new methodologies to establish product performance and ensure testability.
- Define comprehensive test and validation plans to achieve target test coverage and optimize test time.
- Develop, debug, and document complex test software and hardware for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Participate in new design troubleshooting efforts and provide recommendations to the engineering team.
- Analyze test and characterization data, including performing statistical analysis to drive improvements.
- Conduct test program optimization and robustness studies to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the manufacturing engineering team for seamless production ramp-up.
- Analyze results during reliability studies to ensure long-term product performance.
