Requirements
- Two or more years of related business experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; in particular Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to use resources effectively and efficiently, perform multiple tasks at once, and arrange information in a useful manner.
- Ability to understand workflow process for maximum output, understand how to separate and combine tasks to increase workflow efficiency, and maximize limited resources.
- Effective under pressure, producing accurate work and ensures accuracy of information before using or passing it on to others.
- Ability to set priorities quickly, zeros-in on the “critical few” and puts the “trivial many” aside, can juggle numerous tasks and priorities while maintaining a productive workflow.
- Practices attentive and active listening, flexible and adaptable, drives for results, demonstrates good follow-through on information and project status.
- Practical communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Coordinate with air carriers on behalf of clients, confirming all aspects of the charter flight, including, but not limited to, manifest creation and departure timing.
- Address issues leading up to or during the operation of charter flights.
- Act as the liaison between the client, the air carrier, and/or broker.
- Negotiate contracts with air carrier partners and other external partners to provide the best possible options for company clients.
- Assist in developing and executing specific procedures, analyze and challenge current processes, and offer suggestions to streamline procedures.
- Communicate and manage relationships with both University clients and airline partners.
- Offer ideas and suggestions to streamline charter operations processes.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide support to the Charter team as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sport management or travel industry experience is preferred.
- Working both with a team and independently toward shared goals is critical.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, anticipate client needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
