Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or a related field required or equivalent experience in the related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MRO inventory management including SAP ERP or Coupa spend management software.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
• Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of MRO personnel, ensuring proper training and efficient performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the MRO department, including inventory management and distribution.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MRO processes.
• Manage inventory levels for ordering, ensuring availability of spare parts for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure cost-effective acquisition of MRO materials.
• Oversee management of service contracts and work agreements with vendors.
• Maintain critical spares inventory for building utility systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards related to MRO activities.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance teams, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on inventory status, procurement needs, and operational metrics.
