Requirements

  • Associate’s, vocational, certificate, technical, or equivalent degree/diploma with equivalent experience in the related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in production or maintenance within a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of CMMS usage and metrology management.
  • Proficiency in using BM RAM for planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project/outage planning and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities using BM RAM.
  • Develop and integrate activity plans for maintenance and calibration work orders into production schedules.
  • Coordinate scheduling for each facility based on data from weekly planning meetings.
  • Maintain an organized backlog of work orders within BM RAM.
  • Adjust planned activities based on equipment and personnel availability.
  • Analyze weekly maintenance metrics to derive insights and implement improvements.
  • Provide data, graphs, charts, and information from BM RAM as requested by stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate service master data within BM RAM, including equipment records, inventory, and job plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations (FDA, EPA, OSHA).
  • Attend planning meetings with operations personnel to discuss maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with operations, facilities, and engineering teams to align maintenance activities.
  • Lead and participate in projects as requested by management.
  • Assist in planning and supervising site shutdown activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred certifications: CMRP, CRL, Manufacturing Asset Management, or Maintenance Planning.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or related GMP industry.
