Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing is preferred; experience in Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation or Manufacturing are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, apparel or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to details
- Highly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared vision.
Responsibilities
- Creating and executing the FOP sourcing strategy
- Managing the cost planning process to ensure profitability
- Provide project support on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to best practices in process and operating models
- Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution.
Preferred Qualifications
