Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 0-1 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Strong desire to learn and explore new ideas
- Ability to be flexible, embrace change, and quickly pivot in response to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in our Tyler, TX office Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to provide comprehensive policy lifecycle support
- Field external communications for service requests
- Serve as first point of contact for post-bind support, answering questions and resolving basic policy inquiries
- Accurate review & filing of underwriting and/or bind documents
- Maintain organized and accurate files and transaction records
- Learn and work within industry specific software and Microsoft Excel
- Support the design and development of SOPs, training materials, and various other related process documentation
- Report onsite in our Tyler, TX office
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry designations/certifications a plus (ie AU, CPCU or Agents License)
