Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 0-1 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Strong desire to learn and explore new ideas
  • Ability to be flexible, embrace change, and quickly pivot in response to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in our Tyler, TX office Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with underwriting teams to provide comprehensive policy lifecycle support
  • Field external communications for service requests
  • Serve as first point of contact for post-bind support, answering questions and resolving basic policy inquiries
  • Accurate review & filing of underwriting and/or bind documents
  • Maintain organized and accurate files and transaction records
  • Learn and work within industry specific software and Microsoft Excel
  • Support the design and development of SOPs, training materials, and various other related process documentation
  • Report onsite in our Tyler, TX office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry designations/certifications a plus (ie AU, CPCU or Agents License)
