Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with calendaring software and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume scheduling across departments
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining calm and proactive
- Comfortable working directly with executives and senior stakeholders
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- A warm, welcoming presence and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling for a variety of GTM/Corporate and Technical roles across multiple time zones
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a timely, personalized, and white-glove experience
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to align schedules and ensure smooth operations
- Greet and host candidates during on-site interviews; own the in-person candidate experience
- Maintain and update data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting documentation
- Manage job postings across all job boards, ensuring consistency in formatting, content, and branding templates
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing recruiting coordination processes
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times
