Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (real estate or construction background preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and contractors

  • Organize and participate in team meetings and site visits
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
