Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (real estate or construction background preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables using project management tools
- Support procurement and contract management processes
- Identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines
- Organize and participate in team meetings and site visits
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
