Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- At least 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in portfolio and brand management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term brand strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audience.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic vision and long-term goals of the OwnBrands portfolio for both retail banners and wholesale customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute brand strategies and category plans that align with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain brand equity and architecture across the OwnBrands portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging to shoppers, internal teams, and wholesale partners.
- Lead the development of shopper experience plans across all brands, including creative direction and media strategy.
- Manage and enhance brand health through effective marketing initiatives and brand stewardship.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for profitable growth through marketing campaigns, innovation, and category expansion.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding brand execution and fostering brand ownership across the portfolio.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned or as the business needs evolve.
