Requirements
- Medical Degree
- Diagnostic Radiology Residency
- Nuclear Medicine Fellowship
- American Board of Radiology (ABR) Certified or Board Eligible
- Nuclear Medicine Board (ABNM) Certified or Board Eligible
- Florida Medical License or Eligible
- At least 1 year of dedicated subspecialty fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine
- Dual board certified (ABR and ABNM)
Responsibilities
- Active clinical practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Participation in the advancement and education of Nuclear Medicine diagnostic radiology medical students, residents, and fellows
- Supervise the performance of technical personnel
- Be part of the on-call schedule
- Exercise quality assurance as related to the practice of Nuclear Medicine
- Provide Nuclear Medicine consultation as requested
- Staff off-site outpatient imaging sites as requested by the Division Director or Chair
- Assume administrative responsibilities related to the practice of Nuclear Medicine
- Participate in teaching activities related to Nuclear Medicine
- Potential participation in the development and management of new and ongoing clinical research
- Serve on Departmental and University committees as requested by the Chair
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in radiopharmaceutical therapy and theranostics is highly desired
- Prior experience in a university faculty setting preferred but not required
